المملكة: The Ministry of Education announces the schedule of first semester exams and an extended vacation for students starting today – urgent
The Ministry of Education has set the time for written tests for academic subjects at the end of the first semester of the current academic year 1447 AH, for general education schools for boys and girls in all regions and governorates of the Kingdom. The tests will begin on Sunday, the fifteenth of the coming month of Rajab.
The Ministry explained that the subjects taught from one to two classes per week will have a test time of one hour for the primary and middle levels, and an hour and a half for the secondary levels. As for subjects whose classes range between three and four classes, the testing time will be one and a half hours for primary and middle school, and two hours for secondary school.
With regard to subjects that exceed the quorum of five classes per week, the Ministry has set the testing time at two hours for the elementary and middle levels, and two and a half hours for the secondary stage.
On the other hand, male and female school students begin today (Wednesday) the last extended school vacation during the first semester, which includes Thursdays and Fridays. Saturday and Sunday, before returning again to complete the remaining weeks of study in preparation for the final exams.
