A well-deserved silver medal… female beach volleyball girls are runners-up on the continent in the African Games
The Egyptian women’s under-17 beach volleyball team achieved a new achievement for Egyptian sports, after winning second place and winning the silver medal in the African Youth Games, following a distinguished journey during which the players of the Egyptian national team presented strong technical levels until reaching the final match.
The women’s junior team appeared in an honorable manner that reflected the amount of work done within the volleyball system, as the team presented a strong performance against the women’s national teams. With a long history in the game, confirming that it has a promising base capable of representing Egypt strongly in the upcoming continental and international competitions.
For his part, Engineer Yasser Qamar, President of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, expressed his great happiness with this achievement, stressing that what female beach volleyball girls have achieved is the result of planning and continuous work.
Qamar said: “I feel very proud of what I have achieved.” Egyptian girls at the African Youth Games, they presented a distinguished technical level and showed a strong personality on the field, which is Which reflects the development of beach volleyball in Egypt."
