المملكة: Announcing the results of the electronic lottery for land beneficiaries in Riyadh

She explained that the electronic lottery was conducted under the supervision of an independent committee that includes representatives of the Royal Commission for the city of The Authority confirmed that the results of the final lottery are now available through the Real Estate Tawazun platform, where those entitled to view the status of their applications, and complete the necessary subsequent procedures, including reviewing the details of the allocated plots, and following the next steps electronically. The results of the electronic lottery include determining the locations of residential lands allocated to the beneficiaries, where the total areas reached 6,380,600 square meters, distributed over a number of sites within the urban fabric of the city of Riyadh, and in multiple sites being designed, within the neighborhoods of Kairouan, Malqa, Nakhil, Narjis, Namar, Al-Remaya, Al-Rimmal, and Al-Janadriyah, with an area of 300 square meters per piece. This step comes as a confirmation of what the wise leadership – may God support it – attaches importance to. From continuous support and attention to everything that meets the needs of citizens, developing services in the capital, creating ways to improve the real estate supply, and providing flexible solutions and multiple options for citizen ownership. The beneficiary’s journey from application to allocation takes place through the electronic real estate equilibrium platform in clear and specific stages, and the next steps for the beneficiaries will be through this platform; It includes procedures for selling off-plan, receiving sites, and completing the construction stages. The path will continue after this year to offer new batches during the next four years. To contribute to achieving balance in the real estate sector, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and quality of life indicators in the city of Riyadh.
