A player reveals Salah’s apology to his teammates in Liverpool

Curtis Jones, the English Liverpool football team player, said that Mohamed Salah apologized to his teammates after he criticized coach Arnie Sloat and the club in an interview.
The British news agency “PA Media” reported that Salah was excluded from the team’s roster in the match in which they won against Inter Milan, after he said that he no longer had a relationship with Slot, and that he was “left alone to bear responsibility” following the draw away from home against Leeds.
The Egyptian international player returned to the team roster last week after talks with the coach, and assisted Hugo Ekitiki’s second goal in the match in which Liverpool beat Brighton with two clean goals after participating as a substitute during the first half.
After that, Salah left the team to join the Egyptian national team in preparation for participating in the African Nations Championship.
Jones said in statements to Sky Sports: “Salah is an independent person and has the right to say whatever he wants. He apologized to us and said: If I affected anyone or made them feel anything, I apologize. This is the real Salah.”
He added: “I can only speak based on my knowledge of Mo and how he deals with us, and based on his behavior in that incident. He was positive as well.”
He stressed: “Salah was exactly the same, with his big smile, and everyone treated him the same way. I think that is just part of the desire to win, and I do not think he will be the last.”
