“Point” for Kalba and Al Jazeera in rainy weather

A positive 1-1 draw dominated the confrontation between Kalba and its guest, Al Jazira, today, Monday, at Kalba Stadium, in the tenth round of the ADNOC Professional Football League, in a rainy atmosphere that witnessed scattered rain and a crowd attendance estimated at about 300 spectators, with the two teams sharing the points of the match, as the hosts raised their score to 12 points, while Al Jazira reached point 18.

Kalba succeeded in imposing its style from the first minutes, translating its advantage into the goal of taking the lead in the 23rd minute through Iranian Shahryar Moganlou, and Al Jazeera’s response did not take long, as it was able to quickly equalize in the 27th minute through Nabil Fekir, to restore balance to the course of the match.

The last minutes witnessed a relative advantage for Kalba in terms of opportunities, as they missed a number of easy opportunities that could have decided the confrontation in their favor, in light of the relative decline of Al Jazira after the numerical deficiency following the expulsion of their player Nabil Fekir with a red card and their reliance on counterattacks, without either team succeeding in changing the result until the final whistle.
