His Excellency the Minister of Endowments and Guidance in Yemen, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Aydah Shabiba, said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has proven at all historical milestones that it is the elder brother of the Arab and Islamic nation, and an essential pillar of stability in the Arab and Islamic worlds, with the spiritual status it represents as Yemenand the Kingdom go beyond immediate interests, as it is a relationship of religion, neighbourhood, identity, and a common historical and humanitarian extension, stressing that the Kingdom’s standing by Yemen, and Yemen’s standing by its side, is a stand with shared values and a single destiny.
His Excellency concluded his statement by praying that God preserves the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leadership and people, preserves Yemen’s leadership and people, maintains the bonds of brotherhood between the two countries, and preserves the security of the region. And its stability.
