“Hamdan Bin Rashid Medical Sciences” implements specialized training programs

The Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences continues to implement a series of training programs within the framework of the “Hamdan EFQM Educational Model,” which was launched on December 27, 2025, with the aim of enhancing the culture of institutional excellence in the educational sector and raising the efficiency of educational leaders and accredited evaluators, based on global development methodologies and internationally recognized quality standards.
The Executive Director of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, stressed that the implementation of these programs represents a pivotal step towards supporting continuous improvement in schools and developing classroom and institutional management practices.
He said: “The Hamdan EFQM educational model contributes to building an educational system capable of achieving measurable results, and gives institutions the necessary tools to link planning with implementation and impact. These programs come as an extension of the institution’s commitment to improving the quality of education and empowering educational cadres according to professional frameworks consistent with international practices.”
The training program to prepare certified evaluators according to the Hamdan EFQM model was launched during the period from December 27 to 29, 2025, and its work will continue on the third and fourth of January 2026 at the institution’s headquarters. The program targets educational leaders, specialists in institutional excellence, and certified evaluators in the educational field, with a focus on raising professional capabilities in the fields of institutional review, improvement management, and educational performance analysis.
The implementation of the program is based on applying the Hamdan EFQM educational model in educational environments, while aligning the global institutional framework for a development approach that suits the needs of schools locally and regionally. This includes developing evaluation skills in accordance with international best practices, enhancing the quality of organizational and educational performance, and transforming initiatives into measurable results at the level of learning outcomes.
The implementation of these programs confirms the institution’s mission to support quality and excellence in education, empower educational personnel, enhance professional partnerships in the field of educational and institutional development, and build a sustainable environment based on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness in performance.
