“Fakir” ends his goal drought and leads Al Jazira to a well-deserved victory over Ajman

Al Jazira team achieved an easy and deserved victory over its guest, Ajman, with three unanswered goals, in the match that brought them together this Thursday evening, in the 11th round of the ADNOC Professional League.

Muhammad Rabie opened the scoring for the hosts with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area that landed to the right of the Ajman goalkeeper, scoring the 200th goal in the league championship this season.

French player Nabil Fekir strengthened Al Jazira’s lead, after he ended his 13-month scoring drought since December 2024, taking advantage of a defensive error in the Ajman ranks to calmly shoot the ball into the net.

“Fakir” returned to score the second and third goals for the team, after a distinguished individual effort that ended with a successful shot into the net, leading Al Jazira to a comfortable victory.

With this result, Al Jazira raised its score to 21 points in fifth place, while Ajman’s score froze at 13 points in ninth place.
