Steps to register for the service

• Click on "Start the service" To enter For electronic service.
• Log in via single sign-on (Absher) or using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, register "New visitor" Fill in the required data.
• Choose the service location (the Grand Mosque or the Prophet’s Mosque).
• View the policies and terms, then click "acceptance" If you agree.
• Fill out the required information carefully in the designated fields.
• After completing the data, press "save"The request will be submitted successfully.

Terms of Service

• The child’s age must be between 3 to 6 years for boys, and up to 9 years for girls.
• The identity, passport, or residence permit of both the father, mother, and child must be attached upon registration.
• Adhere to the entry and exit times specified by the center.
• It is prohibited to bring food and drink to children aged 3 years and above, except for special treatment cases or medically proven allergic cases.
• The child must be healthy, and not suffer from any health problems or disabilities.
• It is prohibited to leave valuable items in the possession of a child, such as: jewelry, gold, electronic devices, etc. In the event of a violation of this, the guardian bears full responsibility, and the center does not bear any responsibility for damage or loss of these items.

Required documents

• Attach an ID, passport, or residence permit for both the father, mother, and child upon registration.

• Child Care Center The Grand Mosque (1):
• The center is located in the third Saudi expansion, opposite Bab 100 and Bab 104, area 13 and 14.
• Child Care Center, Grand Mosque (2):
• The center is located in the third Saudi expansion of the Grand Mosque, opposite Bab 100 and Bab 104, area 13 and 14.
• The center located in the northern courtyard of the Prophet’s Mosque:
• It is located between exits No. (339) and (340), specifically in the area between gates (27) and (28) near the Oberoi Hotel.
• The center located in the southern square of the Prophet’s Mosque:
• It is located between exits No. (365) and (366), opposite Gate No. (37), near the Dar Al-Hijra Hotel.
• The center located in the eastern square of the Prophet’s Mosque:
• It is located in Annex No. (235) on the first floor, next to Al-Baqi’, opposite Door No. (34).
