المملكة: For the first time… 426 students obtained professional certificates at Imam Abdul Rahman University


Imam Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal University graduated a distinguished batch of 426 male and female students who succeeded in obtaining internationally accredited professional certificates, as part of the first edition of the annual meeting of the “Mohtarif” initiative.

The honoring took place in the presence of the university’s president, Professor Dr. Fahd bin Ahmed Al-Harbi, and with the active participation of the director of the Human Resources Development Fund “HADAF” branch in the eastern region, Abdulaziz Al-Yousef.

This achievement culminates the efforts of An in-depth dialogue session entitled “From Student to Professional,” during which faculty members and graduates reviewed their real-life experiences on how to transform professional certificates into job opportunities and paths for professional development.

Financial Support Mechanisms Workshop

On the sidelines of the meeting, the “Hadaf” Fund presented a specialized workshop that highlighted the financial and logistical support mechanisms available for professional certificates, and its role in empowering young national cadres.

For his part, the Vice President described University Academic Affairs Dr. Abdullah Al-Muhaidib The initiative is considered a qualitative leap aiming to establish a culture of “continuous learning” and a direct link between academic outcomes and renewed professional needs.

Director of the Assessment and Testing Quality Center, Dr. Taghreed Al-Muqaytib, revealed the exceptional excellence of 37 male and female students who obtained two to three professional certificates in record time.

Al-Muqaytib announced the granting of excellence rewards to all students who obtained certificates, amounting to a number 426 students, in addition to honoring 7 colleges that succeeded in activating the initiative and achieving a tangible impact among their students.

The university renewed its commitment to continue launching initiatives that enhance integration between scientific and vocational qualification, to ensure the infusion of national cadres ready to work immediately upon graduation.
