Hamza Abdel Karim is the first Egyptian to join FC Barcelona

Spanish club Barcelona officially announced the signing of young Egyptian striker Hamza Abdel Karim during the current winter transfer period.

Barcelona said on its official account in “X” that: “FC Barcelona and Al-Ahly of Egypt have reached an agreement on loaning the player Hamza Abdel Karim to a team until June 30, 2026, with an option to purchase for the Catalan club at the end of the season.”

Hamza Abdel Karim is the first Egyptian player in the history of FC Barcelona, ​​which gives the deal a special historical dimension.
