Al-Ain seizes Al-Jazira with a “Kaku shot”… and tightens the noose on Al-Ahly youth

Paraguayan international Alejandro Kaku scored a deadly goal in the 83rd minute, leading his team Al Ain to achieve a valuable victory over its host Al Jazira, with a goal to none, in the confrontation that brought the two teams together this Friday evening at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, in the presence of about five thousand spectators, in the fifteenth round of the ADNOC Professional Football League, so that Al-Zaeem tightened the noose on Shabab Al-Ahly, who is at the top of the standings.
Al Ain raised its score to 37 points in second place, maintaining a one-point difference with Shabab Al Ahly of 38, while Al Jazeera’s score froze at 22 points in fifth place.
The only goal of the match came at a time when the match was heading towards a goalless draw, after a performance characterized by calm and lack of opportunities, before Kaku fired a powerful shot from one touch from outside the penalty area, which landed in the net of the hosts, giving his team three valuable points.
In addition to the point gain, Al Ain ended Al Jazira’s historical superiority in the 34 direct confrontations, after achieving its thirteenth victory in the history of the two teams’ meetings, thus drawing a tie with “Abu Dhabi Pride” in the number of victories, compared to 8 matches that ended in a draw.
