The Emirates Team and the “Dubai Wolves” qualify for the Dubai Gold Cup final

The Emirates team, led by Her Highness Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the “Dubai Wolves” team, led by Habtoor Al Habtoor, qualified for the final match of the 2026 Dubai Gold Cup Polo Championship, which concludes its competitions on Saturday at the Al Habtoor Polo and Equestrian Club and Resort fields.

The tournament witnessed the participation of 6 teams: Emirates, Ghantoot, Al Habtoor, Panjash, Dubai Wolves, Jahangiri and Bhandicap 20 Joules.

The two matches at the end of the preliminary round resulted in the UAE team defeating the Bangash team with a score of 8 goals to 5, while the “Dubai Wolves” team defeated the Jahangiri team with a score of 10 goals to 7, so that the two teams reserved their places in the final.
