Public parking tariffs have been implemented in Dubai Maritime City, with fees of up to 32 dirhams

Parkin Company announced the implementation of public parking tariffs in the Dubai Maritime City area, with fees starting from two dirhams for half an hour and reaching 32 dirhams for 14 hours, and provided monthly subscriptions starting from 315 dirhams, as part of its ongoing efforts to organize parking management and facilitate the movement of vehicles in vital areas in the Emirate of Dubai. She explained that these new positions were identified under code (321FClear information boards were also installed and placed to identify the areas covered by the tariff.

Tariff per hour

She explained that the new tariff for parking included in that area is applied during the specified working hours from 8 am to 10 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

The tariff starts at 2 dirhams for half an hour, 4 dirhams for an hour, 8 dirhams for two hours, 12 dirhams for three hours, and 16 dirhams for four hours.

As for longer periods, the tariff is 20 dirhams for five hours, 24 dirhams for 6 hours, 28 dirhams for 7 hours, and reaches 32 dirhams for 14 hours.

Monthly subscriptions

Parkin has provided various subscription prices for public parking in the Dubai Maritime City area, to meet the needs of employees and visitors in the long term. The subscription options include “a monthly subscription of 315 dirhams, a three-month subscription of 840 dirhams, a six-month subscription of 1,680 dirhams, and an annual subscription of 2,940 dirhams.” These options aim to provide greater flexibility for users and ensure easy availability of parking in the new area.
