"Brand Dubai" Launches a new guide to distinctive Ramadan recipes

DUBAI, February 20, WAM / Within the framework of the “Ramadan in Dubai” initiative and coinciding with the advent of the holy month, Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Dubai Government Media Office, launched a new guide to distinctive Ramadan recipes, prepared in cooperation with an elite group of chefs and restaurants members of the “Proudly from Dubai” initiative, to provide an inspiring experience for culinary enthusiasts and celebrate the diversity of the food scene in the emirate.
The guide includes about 40 carefully selected recipes, ranging from main dishes, appetizers, desserts and baked goods, and combining the authenticity of Emirati and Gulf cuisine with Arab and international flavours, reflecting the unique cultural diversity that Dubai embraces.

The Ramadan guide presents a wide range of recipes by Emirati chefs Aisha Khoury, Halima Bahlouk, chefs Banat Al Ghafli, Abdul Rahman Lootah, and Ahmed Al Fardan, in addition to chefs from the region and the world, namely Ali Yazdi, Kyungsoo Moon, Saqib Ali, Akmal Anwar, and Gregoire Bergé.
