We did not suffer any casualties in the fighting with Iran

US Central Command said today that the army did not suffer any casualties in the fighting after Iran responded to American and Israeli attacks by launching hundreds of missiles and drones.
The Central Command added, “The damage to American facilities was limited and did not affect operations.”
The US Army said today that the United States targeted control and command facilities belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, in addition to Iranian missile and drone launch sites.
