Scoring 4 points in the last two matches brings Kalba closer to the warm zone

Ittihad Kalba player, Yasser Hassan, confirmed that the goal he scored against Al Dhafra, during the match that ended in a 1-1 draw in the 18th round of the professional league, is an important milestone in his football career, especially since it gave his team a valuable point that strengthened its position in the standings, indicating that the team’s success in achieving four points in the last two matches brings it closer to the warm zone.
He told Emirates Today: “I feel very happy with this goal, as it is dear to me, because it contributed to achieving a positive result at a time when we need every point. “I believe that this result represents a strong step forward.”
Kalba is in eighth place with 20 points collected from five wins and five draws.
Yasser Hassan added: “My constant goal is to help the team provide the best performance and achieve the best results. The most important thing is for the team to continue its success. This is my first goal of the current season, and my ambition is to excel in every match, and scoring goals gives me greater motivation to continue giving.”
He described the moment of scoring the goal as a happy one, stressing that it gave the team a great morale boost, and pleased the board of directors and the fans, noting that he dedicated the goal to the city of Kalba, “which always deserves joy.”
Regarding the impact of the goal on the atmosphere within the team, Yasser Hassan said: “The dressing room was happy despite the tie, because every point at this stage is very important. The audience also had a special night,” he pointed out the importance of achieving four points in the last two matches, after the victory over Dibba Al Fujairah and the draw with Al Dhafra, stressing that this “brought the team closer to the warm region and gave us a reassuring position, which is what we aspire to during the coming period.”
He added: “I have the ability to provide the best performance whether I participate as a starter or a substitute. The important thing is that I am always ready when the team needs me.” He revealed that the team’s coach, the Iraqi Ghazi Fahd Al-Shammari, gave him advice before he entered the field, saying: “Play in your usual way, and present your skills, and I have great confidence in you to make the addition,” expressing his happiness that he was in good faith.
He stressed that his ambition is to represent the first national team, after having previously represented the junior, youth and Olympic teams, stressing his continuous endeavor to develop his level physically and technically, and to benefit from the directives of the technical staff. Regarding his football role model, he referred to the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo. He also expressed his admiration for the performance of the Brazilian Ronaldinho, considering that the Argentine legend Lionel Messi is the best from his point of view.
