The Authority strengthened the presence of observers at the gates of the Grand Mosque to guide worshipers and organize their entry and exit, and the use of multilingual electronic screens for spatial guidance, in integration with security authorities to organize crowds, especially when the prayer halls are full, in addition to implementing advanced plans for disinfection and sterilization work.

Organizing courtyards and corridors

The Authority intensified its field efforts through qualified cadres to supervise the organization of Courtyards and corridors, continuously following up on the cleaning and washing of the Grand Mosque, preparing entrances and corridors, organizing the use of escalators, directing worshipers to the upper floors, and pilgrims to the tawaf courtyard, while ensuring the readiness of safety systems and emergency plans to face various circumstances.

The authority worked to prepare escalators and elevators, raise the efficiency of audio systems, air conditioning, lighting and ventilation, maintain facilities continuously, and apply the highest environmental protection standards, while using advanced systems to monitor the weather situation and deal immediately with any Updates.
