المملكة: Hajj and Umrah: The 72-hour period to pay the bill for booking domestic pilgrims’ packages ends on Dhu al-Qa’dah 27.

Registration of companions within one facility
The instructions obliged applicants to register companions within one facility and a unified package, through the option of adding companions during registration, with a number not exceeding 14 companions, with emphasis on adhering to the chosen package and coming with the Hajj facility registered with it. It also stipulated that registration should be through the pilgrim himself only, with the possibility of booking in more than one facility or package only after canceling the previous reservation.The Ministry stressed the necessity of paying the value of the chosen package within the specified time periods to avoid cancellation of the reservation, while allocating the mobile number used in the reservation to one request only. It also confirmed compliance with all instructions issued by the regulatory authorities, and commitment to leaving Mina according to the option specified within the package (hurry or delay).
With regard to permits, the Ministry clarified that the issuance of Hajj permits will begin as of Dhul-Qi’dah 1 for confirmed reservations, with the necessity of printing the permit via the “Absher” platform, including the quick response code (QR Code), and keeping it throughout the period of performing the rituals, while preventing its use by non-pilgrims.
The instructions confirmed not to pay. Any additional amounts for Hajj facilities outside the value of the package displayed in the electronic path or The “Nusk” application,noting that the dates of return flights are subject to the availability of flights and what the pilgrim is informed of by the facility, if the package includes air transportation services.
With regard to complaints, the Ministry has specified communication channels through the “Enaya” center or the designated numbers, with the last date for submitting complaints being the end of Muharram 15, 1447 AH.
As for the obligations of the parties, the Ministry obligated the Hajj facilities to provide the contracted services and secure workers. necessary for cleaning, subsistence, and transportation work, and providing security guards, in addition to notifying pilgrims of departure times and transportation routes, and issuing an identification card that includes facility data and housing locations.
On the other hand, it obligated the pilgrim to pay the value of the package on time, adhere to the dates of transportation, stoning the Jamarat, and using the Al-Mashaer train, and not to accompany unregistered companions, with the necessity of obtaining a Hajj permit for the pilgrim and companions, and being present at the specified assembly point.
The Ministry revealed The payment mechanism, where a deadline of 72 hours was set from the time of booking until the date of Dhu al-Qi’dah 27, 1447 AH, with the deadline reduced to only 6 hours as of Dhu al-Qi’dah 28.
As the cancellation policy explained, cancellation is free before payment, while electronic services fees amounting to 67.85 riyals are deducted in the event of refusal to issue the permit from the Ministry of Interior, and from Dhu al-Qi’dah 1 until the end of the month, 10% is deducted. From the contract value in addition to service fees, while the entire contract value (100%) will be deducted in the event of cancellation starting from Dhul-Hijjah 1, without refunding any amounts.
It indicated that there are exceptions in specific cases including death, prohibitive traffic accidents, criminal accidents, health incapacity or hospitalization, provided that official proofs are provided.
With regard to the health aspect, the Ministry confirmed the necessity of obtaining the Neisseria meningitis vaccine no less than a period before Hajj. It also recommended obtaining the seasonal influenza vaccine after September 1, 2025, and the updated Covid-19 vaccine for the 2025-2026 season, especially for the groups most at risk.
The health guidelines included avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, drinking plenty of fluids, washing hands regularly, using tissues when coughing, wearing masks in crowded places, and avoiding contact with camels or drinking their unsuitable milk. Pasteurized, with emphasis on carrying chronic medications in their original containers, and verifying the physical ability to perform the rituals.
