المملكة: Beginning of the second phase of applying the executive bond to fixed-term contracts

This phase targets “fixed-term contracts,” reaching “indefinite-term contracts” in the third phase, which gives various establishments and workers the opportunity to gradually adapt to the new procedures.
The Ministry indicated that benefiting from The executive document requires documenting or updating the employment contract via the “Qiwa” platform, and obtaining an executive number from the documentation center in the Ministry of Justice. If the worker does not receive his full wage within 30 days from the due date, or receives it partially after 90 days, he can submit an electronic implementation request via the “Najez” platform, with the objection being made available to the employer within five days from the date of notification.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stressed the importance of all establishments Documenting contracts and updating them, by logging into the establishment’s account on the “Qiwa” platform, calling on all employers and workers to view the guide available on its website, which includes details of controls, procedures, beneficiary categories, and the application mechanism.
It is worth noting that adopting a notarized employment contract as an executive document embodies one of the development paths launched by the Ministry in partnership with the Ministry of Justice to build a work environment based on clarity and transparency, and enhance the confidence of the parties to the contractual relationship, by providing digital tools that regulate Obligations and preserving rights proactively, which reduces disputes and contributes to improving the quality of the contractual relationship, and ensuring the implementation of rights in a fair and effective manner.
