She indicated that grazing is organized through official permits according to specific time and place controls, with the number of livestock for each beneficiary determined based on the carrying capacity of the pastures, ensuring rational use. of resources, and limits random practices that may lead to soil degradation and decline of vegetation cover.
The Authority confirmed that benefiting from the controls is limited to beneficiaries who meet the requirements, by applying through official channels, and adhering to the specified standards, noting that the controls prevent obtaining more than one permit in the same area or moving between multiple pastoral sites, in order to ensure a fair distribution of resources among the beneficiaries, and to achieve balance in benefiting from them.

She added that violating the controls, whether through grazing outside the specified ranges or exceeding the authorized limits, requires the application of the approved regulatory procedures, which may lead to cancellation of the permit and deprivation of the beneficiary from applying in the future, stressing that these procedures aim to protect the pastures and ensure their sustainability, in a way that benefits the beneficiaries themselves in the long term.
