His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received The Minister of Foreign Affairs received a phone call today from Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Sister Kuwait.
