Shock.. Find out how long Lamine Gamal will be absent from Barcelona

Barcelona, the leader of the Spanish Football League, confirmed that its young talent, Lamine Gamal, suffered an injury to his left thigh and will be absent until the end of the season, but he will be “available” for the 2026 World Cup, according to what he said in a statement on Thursday.
Barcelona said: “Tests conducted on Thursday confirmed that first-team player Lamine Jamal suffered an injury to the posterior thigh muscle in his left leg. The player will follow a conservative treatment program. He will miss the rest of the league season, but he is expected to be available to participate in the World Cup.”
The Spanish national team’s journey in the World Cup finals, hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, will begin on June 15 against Cape Verde in Group H, which also includes Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
Jamal (18 years old) left the field in the match in which Barcelona won against Celta Vigo on Wednesday with an unanswered goal, which he scored himself from a penalty kick.
The young winger was hit before the penalty kick was taken, and he soon left at the end of the first half, heading directly to the dressing room, holding his left thigh.
Gamal will miss the last six matches in the league, including El Clásico with traditional rivals Real Madrid on May 10.
Barcelona is nine points ahead of the capital team.
