The Ministry explained at the time that the violation consisted of the store exploiting images of national symbols and officials in marketing for commercial transactions.
It indicated that this came based on the circular issued to commercial establishments in implementation of the Noble Royal Order No. (3587) dated 1/21/1440 AH, prohibiting the use of the state emblem and images of symbols and officials in commercial transactions.
