Shabab Al-Ahly collects “Al-Nasr” points on the night of the league loss

Shabab Al-Ahly defeated its guest Al-Nasr, 2-1, today, Wednesday, at Rashid Stadium in Dubai, within the 24th round of the Professional League, on the night of losing the championship to Al-Ain, which officially secured the title two rounds before the end of the competition.

The start of the match was balanced, before Al-Nasr succeeded in opening the scoring through Ramon Merez, who received a ball inside the penalty area and hit it with a powerful ground shot that landed in the net, giving his team the advantage in terms of the score (28).

Shabab Al-Ahly responded before the end of the first half, when Mateusau was able to equalize after following a rebound from Al-Nasr’s goalkeeper, and put it into the goal (45).

Despite the attempts of both sides in the second half to snatch the winning goal, the tie remained until the 88th minute, in which Shabab Al-Ahly got a penalty kick, which Yuri Cesar was able to translate into a goal, raising Shabab Al-Ahly’s score to 56 points, six points behind leaders Al-Ain.

On the other hand, Al-Nasr kept its score at 35 points in sixth place in the rankings.
