It includes a team "Sdaya" A group of engineers and technicians working around the clock; To connect, activate and operate workstations equipped with the latest related technologies, which work to facilitate the completion of pilgrims’ procedures in record time.

In addition to receiving and operating sites and information transmission departments, and equipping them with mobile bags equipped with biometric recording devices.

In addition to providing backup systems; To ensure continuity of work to provide the best services to the guests of the Most Gracious and facilitate the performance of their rituals.

Serving the Guests of the Most Merciful

The Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative in its eighth year in cooperation with the ministries of: Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, Information, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and the General Authority of Endowments.

It is also implementing it in cooperation with the Service Program Guests of God, and the General Directorate of Passports, in integration with the digital partner (stc Group).

Since its launch in the year (1438 AH / 2017 AD), the initiative has served (1,254,994) pilgrims, male and female.
