Red Sea

Surface winds: northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 15-35 km/h on the northern and central part, reaching 50 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-32 km/h on the southern part, reaching 45 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Height. Waves: from one to two meters in the northern and central part, reaching higher than two meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching two meters in the direction of the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Sea state: average waves in the northern and central parts, reaching wavy towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and light to medium waves in the southern part.

Arabian Gulf

Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts. West to west in the southern part, at a speed of 20-40 km/h, reaching 45 km/h in the central part.
Wave height: from one to two metres.
Sea state: moderate waves.
