المملكة: Makkah Road…Technical solutions for transporting luggage shorten the arrival procedures for pilgrims from Côte d’Ivoire
The baggage coding service contributed to the initiative "Mecca Road" In facilitating the journey of pilgrims to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, by adopting advanced technical solutions that guarantee Transporting luggage directly to their residences in the Kingdom without the need to receive it upon arrival.
The service, which is supervised by a specialized team from (Subul), electronically links the pilgrims’ luggage with their personal data and their locations of residence, within an integrated digital system that allows tracking the luggage with high accuracy.
This procedure contributes to accelerating the movement of pilgrims within the arrival airports, and enabling them to go directly to the buses designated to transport them to their residences in the two regions of Mecca. The Holy City and Medina, in a way that enhances the comfort of the guests of God and raises the efficiency of operational processes.
A package of smart solutions
This service comes within a package of smart solutions provided by the entities participating in the initiative, with the aim of improving the pilgrims’ experience from their departure from their country until their arrival to their final destination, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and organization.
The Ministry of Interior is implementing an initiative "Mecca Road" In cooperation with a number of government agencies, to provide integrated services to pilgrims in their countries, which reflects the Kingdom’s efforts in harnessing technology to serve the pilgrims.
