المملكة: Developing more than 51 thousand square meters in the holy sites as part of the humanization of Hajj for the 1447 AH season

The projects included developing about 850 square meters on the axis of King Abdulaziz Road, in addition to rehabilitating more than 50,900 square meters in the landing areas for pilgrims in Muzdalifah, according to standards. Modern, taking into account improving the quality of movement and movement within the holy sites.
The works included implementing floors prepared for pedestrians, providing shading elements and advanced seating areas, in addition to integrated service facilities that contribute to reducing physical stress and improving the experience of pilgrims during movement between sites.
The phase also included a project to humanize the landing plazas in Muzdalifah, by reconfiguring the spaces and providing them with advanced shading and cooling systems, in a way that is compatible with the high density of pilgrims. During the periods of pilgrimage and overnight stay, and enhances the quality of services provided within the Holy Sites.
Kadana confirmed that these projects embody a strategic direction towards building an integrated model that combines the human dimension and operational efficiency, by improving the details of the pilgrim’s daily experience in the sites of transportation and residence in the Holy Sites.
This comes as an extension of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to enrich the experience of the guests of God, and raise the quality of services provided to them, in a way that reflects the level of care and care given to them.
