المملكة: Responding to pilgrims’ inquiries in 14 languages via free phone
It receives , advocacy and guidance, represented by the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness at and visit, via the free phone dedicated to answering their legal inquiries, as part of the Islamic awareness programs for the Hajj season 1447 AH.
A number of the Ministry’s preachers and collaborators participate in answering the inquiries of those calling on the free phone (8002451000), who are scientifically qualified and familiar with the provisions of Hajj and its rituals according to the Qur’an and Sunnah.
14 international languages
This is in addition to speaking translators. In 14 international languages; This contributes to facilitating communication with pilgrims of different nationalities.
The toll-free phone operates around the clock throughout the Hajj season, with the activation of the automatic response service to facilitate receiving and answering inquiries.

It also allows preachers to participate remotely in answering questions related to the provisions of Hajj and rituals, and a number of legal issues related to worship and transactions.
The Ministry has activated the communication service.
