"Ajman tourism and culture" Strengthens its presence in the German market

Ajman, May 19 / WAM / The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media organized a reception in the city of Frankfurt that brought together decision-makers in the travel and tourism industry in the Federal Republic of Germany and managers of all hotel establishments in the Emirate of Ajman, in a proactive step that reflects the depth of the department’s promotional vision and its keenness to build bridges of communication with international markets.
This comes within the framework of the department’s preparations to participate in IMEX Frankfurt 2026, the most prominent global forum for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) tourism sector.
The ceremony included an elite group of officials from destination management companies, tourism media agencies, tour operators, senior event organizers, incentive program experts, and corporate travel agency officials, which reflects the level of strategic partnership that the department seeks to build with major sector operators.
The ceremony witnessed extensive introductory presentations that highlighted the integrated system of tourism infrastructure in Ajman, including five-star hotel accommodation facilities with competitive capacity, conference halls equipped with the latest audio, video and live broadcasting technologies, as well as customized incentive packages that blend Emirati heritage with international hospitality standards.
The presentations also highlighted the visitor experience in Ajman as an integrated experience, combining the richness of cultural heritage, the richness of history, the beauty of nature and the modernity of tourist facilities, in a destination that provides real added value to international event organizers and visitors looking for exceptional experiences.
The ceremony provided an exceptional platform to enhance direct communication channels between the department’s delegation and the main partners in the European tourism value chain, and an opportunity to explore innovative cooperation models in the areas of joint marketing, developing institutional loyalty programs, and formulating introductory trips to inform sector partners of the potential that Ajman abounds with.
His Excellency Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashemi, Director General of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Information in Ajman, said that Ajman’s participation in international tourism forums stems from a firm conviction that building direct relationships with decision-makers in target markets is the basic foundation of any successful promotional strategy, and this ceremony embodies this trend.
He added that Ajman today has an integrated tourism system that qualifies it to attract the widest segments of tourists from all over the world, whether they are individual visitors, tourist groups, or businessmen. Through its presence in these forums, it seeks to convey these capabilities to decision-makers in global markets, leading to achieving a qualitative leap in Ajman’s tourism presence at the international level, in line with the strategic horizon of Vision 2030.
The department is moving forward with the implementation of an ambitious promotional road map that targets new markets with promising growth potential during the next phase, thus enhancing the tourism performance indicators of the Emirate of Ajman and increasing its share in the global tourism market.
