Two people were killed Monday by Ukrainian strikes on the Belgorod and Bryansk border regions in Russia, according to what the local authorities announced.

Intense Russian bombing
At least four people were killed and more than a hundred were injured in Ukraine on Saturday night – Sunday, in an intense Russian bombing that targeted especially the capital, Kiev, according to the Ukrainian authorities.
Kiev revealed that Moscow had used Oreshnik ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads in those strikes that followed drone attacks on cultural centers in the Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine, which is under control. Under Russia’s control, it resulted in the death of 21 people and the injury of more than forty.
Talks aimed, with American mediation, to end this conflict, the most violent in Europe since World War II, have faltered since the outbreak of war in the Middle East.
