Issue The Custodian of the Two Holy MosquesKing Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – issued a royal order naming 9 judges who hold the rank of (president of the Court of Appeal) as members of the Supreme Court, in a step that reflects the generous interest in enhancing the efficiency of the judiciary and supporting its work with qualified competencies.
The generous order included the Honorable: Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Tuwaijri, Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Humaidhi, Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Luhaidan, Khalid bin Ahmed. May God bless you, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Rashudi, Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Mufleh, Salman bin Muhammad Al-Nashwan, Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Khudairi, and Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Dhafyan.
Developing the judicial system
His Excellency the Minister of Justice and Acting Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman. Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them -, for the support and interest they give to the judicial facility, and the continuous attention given to the judiciary, which has contributed to developing the judicial system, enhancing its efficiency and raising the quality of its outputs.
He stressed that the noble order embodies the constant keenness to support the judiciary with qualified judicial competencies; In a way that enhances the quality of judicial rulings, consolidates judicial principles, and supports achieving the goals of the justice system in raising operational efficiency, enhancing reliability, and consolidating completed justice in accordance with the highest institutional standards.
