Officially… Barcelona announces the departure of Ansu Fati

Spanish club Barcelona announced that it had reached an agreement with Monaco on the permanent transfer of player Ansu Fati after he spent last season on loan with the French team.
Ansu Fati joined Barcelona in 2012, where he started in the youth team at the age of ten before playing his first match with the first team at Camp Nou in the 2019-2020 season.
Ansu Fati played 123 matches with Barcelona and scored 29 goals, but injuries negatively affected him. He spent a loan period with Brighton in the second half of the 2023-2024 season, and played with Monaco last season.
Barcelona confirmed Fati’s permanent departure from the ranks of the Spanish League champions, as he will move to Monaco, and the Catalan club will retain a percentage of any future sale.
