The decision stipulated amending Article Twelve of the organizational arrangements of the National Risk Council, issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (445) dated 8/12/1443 AH, so that the organizational link of the Disaster and Crisis Management Center would be with the Chairman of the Executive Committee. The Council of Ministers directed the Ministry of Interior, represented by the secretariat of the assigned Civil Defense Committee and its Executive Committee, in coordination with the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council, to complete the procedures for transferring the necessary employees, property, documents, and financial appropriations for the Disaster and Crisis Management Center, and its related work, to the secretariat of the assigned Civil Defense Committee and its Executive Committee, within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the decision.
