Expect National Center of Meteorology Parts of Mecca, Medina, and The Eastern Region is experiencing a wave of hot to very hot weather, starting tomorrow until next Wednesday
The Center explained that the maximum temperatures expected in the areas included in the case will range between 46 and 48 degrees Celsius, calling for taking the necessary precautions and adhering to preventive guidelines, especially during the noon hours, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight for long periods, and drinking plenty of fluids to reduce the effects of heat stress.
