المملكة: For the second day… heavy demand at the “KAFED” station on the Riyadh Metro

For the second day in a row, the King Abdullah Financial City (CAFED) train station is witnessing a huge turnout from residents of the capital, Riyadh, exceeding all expectations, as large crowds of citizens and residents flocked to use the metro and enjoy viewing the magnificence of the station’s design.
Al-Youm’s sources attributed this great demand to the fact that “Kafed” is one of the largest and most architecturally distinguished train stations in Riyadh.

The station embodies a unique engineering creativity, in addition to being a central meeting point for the metro tracks, linking various parts of the capital, and forming a major connection point with the blue route coming from southern Riyadh.

While the “Kafed” station is witnessing this great momentum, the rest of the metro stations have witnessed the usual density, and this is due to the incompleteness of some stations, including the “Qasr Al-Hukm” station, which will constitute an important addition to the transportation network when it opens.
