Al-Ismaili succeeds in reducing Ben Khamsa’s sentence

The Sports Court, “CAS”, issued a final decision in the appeal submitted by Swiss lawyer Alexander Rovnin, on behalf of the Ismaili Club, against the ruling issued in favor of the Algerian player Mohamed Ben Khamsa.

 

Cass decided to pay the Ismaili club to the player an amount of 373 thousand US dollars only.

 

Ismaili resumed on September 19. 2023  Against the decision issued by the Dispute Settlement Chamber of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), dated July 20, 2023, which required the Ismaili Club to grant the player an amount of approximately one million and 900 thousand US dollars, the court decided in its final ruling to reduce the amount to 373 thousand dollars only. .
