The Egyptian Rowing Federation announces the race schedule for the 2024-2025 local season
The Egyptian Rowing Federation, headed by Major General Sherif El Gomati, announced the final schedule for the 2024 and 2025 local season races after making final amendments to it. The official schedule was sent to all rowing clubs nationwide via a certified letter from Major General Mohamed Nour Salem, Executive Director of the Federation.
The race schedule is as follows:

Cairo Region and South Valley Region.
Date: December 20, 21, 2024.
Places: Cairo, Aswan.
2. Regional Indoor Rowing Championship (Argometer):
Date: January 3, 2025.
Place: To be determined Later.
3. National Rowing Championship (all grades):
Date: February 7, 8, 2025.
Place: Cairo.
4. Republic Championships for U-19 and U-23 (Sports Incentive):
Date: February 21, 22, 2025.
< p>Place: Ismailia.
5. Republic Ergometer Championship:
Date: April 25, 2025.
Place: To be determined later.
6. Cairo Championship (for masters + academics + amateurs):
Date: May 16, 2025.
Place: Cairo.
7. Republic Combined Rowing Championship (except for juniors):
Date: June 26, 27, 2025.
Place: Ismailia.
8. National Rowing Championship (all grades):
Date: July 25, 26, 2025.
Place: Ismailia.
9. Egypt Cup Championship (all grades):
Date: August 15, 16, 2025.
Place: Cairo.
10. Republic Beach Rowing Championship:
Date: August 29, 2025.
Place: To be determined later.
The Federation confirmed that the clubs were also informed in the same letter that the winning club The Republic Championship and the Egypt Cup Championship will be determined based on the number of medals achieved by each club.
The federation explained that this step comes within its plan to enhance competition between clubs and raise the level of rowing at the national level. Republic.
