urgent.."CAF" President Sisi awards the 2024 Excellence Award
Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, received the award granted by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, on behalf of the President, during the activities of the annual CAF Awards ceremony for the year 2024
The Minister expressed Sports, in his speech at the ceremony, expressed the great honor of receiving the prestigious award for sports achievement for the year 2024 on behalf of the President, which is the highest sports award. CAF awarded it this year due to the great efforts and unlimited support
The Ministry of Youth and Sports stated, in a statement on Monday evening, that during the ceremony, the Minister of Youth and Sports conveyed the President’s gratitude to the Confederation of African Football for granting him that award.
The Confederation of African Football decided to grant the President of the Republic the award in view of his great efforts in developing football in Egypt and the African continent through developing the infrastructure and distinctive facilities for football. The football field, which was built in Egypt, contributed greatly to the development and growth of football in Egypt and the African continent.
