The retirement of the legend of Real Madrid .. Marcelo bid farewell to the stadiums

The former Real Madrid star, Brazilian legend Marcelo, put an end to his professional career at the age of 36.

The Brazilian back posted a video clip through his official accounts on social media, during which he appears in front of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Marcelo said in the video: “My love for football started from my grandfather, and he wanted to be a professional player, and he did everything possible for that.”

And he added: “18 years old, Real Madrid knocked Babi, and I arrived here, and now I can say it proudly: I am a real Madrid.”

“Here, beside my wife, I founded my family … 16 seasons, 25 titles, 5 Champions League, one of the leaders, and many charming nights in the Bernabeu, what a trip.”

He added: “Real Madrid is a unique club, and belonging has an amazing feeling.”

On his representation of the Brazil team, he said: “Playing my country since the youth categories, was an honor for me, and in my memory, I will still cherish the two Olympic medals and the Confederations Cup.”

On his return to Fluminness, he said: “That return was a response to religion to the club that gave me a lot, and helped him win 3 titles, including the Libertadores Cup, and left a legacy for new generations at the Marcelo Vieira stadium.”

He concluded: “My football career ends here, but I still have a lot for his feet for the game,” with his son appearing at the end of the clip, in reference to the extension of his legacy in the stadiums through his older son.
