"Ajman Finance" It organizes a workshop to develop the government purchasing system and enhance efficiency

Ajman, February 13/ WAM/ The Finance Department in Ajman organized a workshop to discuss the development of purchasing mechanisms, with the aim of simplifying the processes and reducing the bureaucracy, in order to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and flexibility in purchasing processes, as part of its efforts to enhance government purchases efficiency and accelerate procedures.

The workshop targeted purchasing employees in the government agencies in the emirate, and focused on finding innovative solutions to raise the efficiency of government purchase, by reducing administrative complications and accelerating the implementation of government requests, in a way that ensures a faster response to the needs of government agencies.

The workshop also reviewed the latest practices in purchasing management, to achieve a balance between speed in completion, quality guarantee and transparency.

His Excellency Marwan Al Ali, Director General of the Finance Department, stressed that the development of the government purchasing system requires a new methodology that facilitates procedures, reduces unnecessary administrative steps, and enhances the flexibility of systems, which contributes to accelerating purchases and achieving the maximum benefit from available resources.

Al Ali pointed out that these efforts are in line with the directives of Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Head of the Finance Department in Ajman, which focuses on promoting innovation in government policies and providing a competitive business environment that supports small and medium -sized companies, and enabling purchases An effective contribution to sustainable development, through smart solutions that support digital transformation.

He stressed the importance of strengthening the principles of governance, ensuring the highest levels of transparency and equality between the competitors, with a focus on accelerating procedures and whisting the bureaucracy, to achieve a more efficient and effective government purchasing system.
