"Al Jalila Foundation" You receive a donation of 10 million dirhams from "Issa Al -Qarq al -Kharaiyya" and" Abdul Wahid Al -Rostamani Holding"

Dubai, March 3 / WAM / Al -Jalila Foundation, the tender arm for Dubai’s health, announced a joint donation of 10 million dirhams equally between the Isa Saleh Al -Qarqa Charity Foundation and Abdul Wahid Al -Rostamani Holding Group, in order to support the establishment of the Innovation and Technology Center in Dubai Health.
This initiative comes within the framework of continuous efforts to enhance the future of health care through learning, discovery, and strategic partnerships.
The new center aims to transform research, ideas and modern technologies into practical solutions that improve patients ’results and upgrade the level of health care provided to them and was designed in accordance with the leading health innovation centers in the world.
The center supports efforts to advance in the medical sector by enhancing cooperation between students, doctors, researchers, engineers, designers, startups and sector leaders, based on the best clinical expertise, the latest designs and technologies.
The Dubai Health Innovation and Technology Center will develop health care programs, test and expand their scope in four main areas, including “specialized laboratories in the areas of artificial intelligence and data, robots, sensors, digital medicine, and design for health.”
The center will be keen to consolidate Dubai’s health status in the field of health sciences, through strategic partnerships with the private sector and the leading academic and health institutions in the UAE, the United States, Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
Dr. Raja Issa Saleh Al -Gurg, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Isa Saleh Al -Gurg Charitable Foundation, a member of the Dubai Health Board of Directors, confirmed the commitment to upgrade the quality of health care and improve the results of patients through relying on scientific research and the latest technologies in the health field and said that contributing to supporting the Center for Innovation and Technology comes as an affirmation of our confidence in the Dubai Healthy Vision that seeks to create a qualitative shift in providing health care services locally, regionally and globally.
In turn, Dr. Amina Al -Rostamani, a member of the Board of Directors of Abdel Wahid Al -Rostamani, a member of the Board of Directors of Al -Jalila Foundation, said: “We believe in the Jalila Foundation that the giving is a driving force for change and a key factor in stimulating innovation in the field of health care.
