"Local development"Implementing two training programs in Saqqara on human rights and entrepreneurship
The Minister of Local Development, Dr. Manal Awad, announced the launch of two training programs, today, Sunday, at the local development center for training in Saqqara, within the activities of the 32nd week of the training plan (2024 – 2025), and the number of beneficiaries is 100 trainees from various governorates. Human Rights, and supervises its implementation of the Ministry of Human Rights Unit in the Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Council for Human Rights. She explained that another training program will be organized on entrepreneurship for managers and employees of project departments, strategic management, investment, and offices & quot; your project & quot; In the governorates. She added that this program comes within the framework of the state’s support for the entrepreneurial environment and the qualification of local cadres to deal with entrepreneurs and startups owners, and to provide various financing opportunities for small and medium enterprises. To raise the efficiency of local leaders and cadres in the field of change management and management with results, and possessing personal skills that help them lead the qualitative shift in the role of local administration, in addition to possessing the basic professional skills required in the field of planning and asset management; It contributes to supporting local economic development
