Representative Yasser Al -Hudhaibi: Developing vocational training is a strategic step to enhance the industrial sector

Dr. Yasser Al -Hudhaibi, Member of the Senate, stressed that the announcement of the Minister of Labor Mohamed Gibran to continue the Ministry’s efforts to develop the vocational training system in cooperation with work partners inside and outside Egypt, especially with the private sector, an important step, especially as it represents a basic pillar to support the national economy and enhance the capabilities of the Egyptian market in facing development challenges.

Comprehensive. & Quot; Al -Hudhaibi & quot, that enhancing interest in technical education and vocational training achieves many positive results, most notably the reduction of unemployment rates, increased employment rates, and providing an opportunity for young people to engage in vital production fields that serve the national economy, pointing out that successful global experiences in the field of manufacturing and economic development depended mainly on the strength of trained technical labor. & quot; Al -Hudhaibi & quot, that the repercussions of the development of the vocational training system will not only stop when supporting the industrial sector, but will extend to include improving living standards, and achieving social justice by providing real and sustainable job opportunities, in line with the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030, stressing that interest in technical education and vocational training represents the cornerstone of building a strong industrial base capable of supporting the national development process. Representative Yasser Al -Hudhaibi called for the continued expansion of the establishment of specialized training centers and the linking of the training curricula to the actual needs of the labor market, while strengthening partnerships with major industrial institutions, to ensure that the graduates keep pace with global technological developments.
