Dubai, April 27/ WAM/ The Dubai Health Authority announced the employment of artificial intelligence in a “pulsating” system to enhance patient security and privacy, in cooperation with Imprivata, in a qualitative step that reflects the authority’s leadership in a healthy digital transformation, its commitment to adopting advanced digital health solutions to enhance patients’ confidence, and consolidate Dubai as a global capital in digital transformation.

The announcement of this achievement came during a special event organized by the authority, in the presence of His Excellency Awad Sagheb Al -Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, and a group of health sector leaders, decision makers, and technology experts, to discuss the future of digital health care in Dubai.

Al -Ketbi stressed the great interest the authority attaches to preserving the data and privacy of patients, within a sustainable strategic approach that adopts modern technologies, and contributes effectively to enhancing the efficiency of the health system to create a distinguished experience of patients in the list of confidence in dealing with health data.

He said that the employment of artificial intelligence in the “pulsating” system reflects the commitment of the authority to provide a safer, efficient, sustainable, sustainable health environment, and in response to the needs of patients, pointing to the efforts made by the authority to build an integrated health system that complies with the best international standards in protecting the privacy of patients.

He emphasized the concern that the Authority takes to invest in advanced digital solutions, in cooperation with its strategic partners, to provide a digital healthy environment that enhances the efficiency of the health system, and supports Dubai targets in being the smartest city in the world, where artificial intelligence becomes a strategic partner in drawing future health care features.

He pointed out that the strategic partnership of the authority with the leading companies enhances Dubai’s ability to lead the future of digital health, especially since the authority has so far been able to unify more than 9.82 million medical records for patients within an integrated electronic system, and link more than 1,500 health facilities within a “beating” system, with an effective participation with the system by 82% of medical cadres in Dubai, and this is an achievement that reflects the authority’s commitment to achieving a comprehensive digital transformation.

For its part, Mona Bajman, Executive Director of the Joint Institutional Support Services Sector in the Authority, explained the efforts made by the authority to achieve the highest standards of digital safety by adopting smart solutions that work on pre -emptive monitoring, within the “pulsating” system, which has become dependent on advanced artificial intelligence analyzes to discover the attempts to penetrate data in a timely manner, which enhances health information and establishes confidence between service providers and patients.

She emphasized that the “pulsating” system is an essential axis in the authority’s strategy for digital services, enhancing integration between health care providers, improving the efficiency of medical operations, and reducing possible errors, allowing patients and customers in general a more accurate and smooth health experience, in line with the ambitious vision of the Dubai government in building a smart and integrated health system.

Dr. Mohamed Al -Reda, Director of the Department of Health Information and Smart Health at the Authority, stated that the authority’s employment for artificial intelligence in a “pulsating” system is established a global model in managing health data.
