The jurisprudential forum at Al -Azhar Mosque: Muslim scholars have immortalized their names in the records of international medicine and Al -Azhar bearing their legacy

Al -Azhar Mosque held, Monday, the eighteenth jurisprudence forum entitled & laquo; contemporary vision & raquo;, under the title: & rlm; & rlm; & laquo; jurisprudence between Sharia and medicine & raquo;, under the generous sponsorship of the Honorable Imam A. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh Al -Azhar, & RLM; Al -Dawini, Undersecretary of Al -Azhar. The Al -Azhar Mosque, after the Maghrib prayer in the Ottoman shadow. & RLM; Teach him to his noble Prophet ﷺ. We have heard a blessed recitation from the Book of God, in which the Almighty said:﴿ And we descend from the Qur’an what is & rlm; healing and mercy for the believers, and it is a verse that confirms that the Holy Qur’an has a spiritual treatment, which is mentioned in & rlm; For those who believed in this guidance and healing. Its law is legally to reach healing, the Almighty said in the words of the Prophet of God Abraham:﴿ And when I am satisfied, he will heal ﴾& rlm; then the Prophet ﷺ was if a sick person came to him, he was promoted and said: & laquo; O God, the Lord of the people, go the baz, and heal you He is abandoned by sickness & raquo;. Rabie that the doctor is nothing but a means of God’s mockery to indicate it on the medicine, but healing is in fact & rlm; with God alone. And he was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ sick and he read to them and called them, as in the story of the woman who was & rlm; and her body was revealed, so she asked him to pray to God, so he chose her between patience and her heaven, or supplication to recover, & rlm; Then he concluded d. The spring of his speech by mentioning the role of Muslim scholars in & rlm; medicine, such as Ibn Sina, Ibn Al -Nafis and others, who contributed to the medical renaissance, and their books were taught in Europe & rlm; for centuries, indicating that Al -Azhar still carries this legacy in the service of science and humanity. The importance, because it touches & rlm; the human being, and relates to his health and life. And medication, as the scholars have shown: is the use of what is in the permission of & rlm; God Almighty, from a treatment, medicine, legal telegram, or avoiding some foods, or eating another, or treatment & rlm; naturally as a sport or the like. All of this falls under the concept of legitimate medication. There is an authentic hadith in this & rlm; the door, which was narrated by Al -Bukhari on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: & laquo; & rlm; & rlm; & laquo; From the hadith of Osama bin & rlm; a partner, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: & laquo; For God Almighty did not put a disease, except for a medicine, except & rlm; the pyramid & raquo; that is, progress. This shows that every disease has a drug, and that only aging is excluded from that; It is & rlm. In this hadith is a clear call for not surrendering to the disease, & rlm; Islam that some people – old and modern – are opposed to medication on the pretext that the disease is from God’s destiny, and that & rlm; leaving the treatment is a delivery and satisfaction with the judiciary! This is a corrupt understanding. He said ﷺ As in the hadith of Ibn Abi Khazama & rlm; What is the greatest of this answer, and what I horrified! The medicine is one of the destiny of God, just as the disease & rlm; the destiny of God, and the pursuit of the affliction does not contradict contentment, but rather from the perfection of trust. To maintain a person and refine his instinct & rlm; and directing it to the means of good and guidance. He emphasized that what was proposed of authentic jurisprudential and medical visions is a brick in & rlm; building a rational awareness, which improves dealing with the cosmic Sunnah, and adheres to the essence of trust with completely taking into account the reasons, & rlm; calling for the permanence of such meetings that link the legal science to reality, and preserve the human being in all his conditions. & Rlm;
