The Journalists Association launches "We are creative" Within a project "Hmmm"

Dubai, May 22 / WAM / The UAE Journalists Association organized the “We are Crossing” event at its headquarters in Dubai, as part of its new project “Hm” designated for people of determination.

The event came in cooperation with the “Aome First” library, and witnessed a wide participation of children and their families, as well as teachers, supervisors and volunteers, in an atmosphere full of creativity and community solidarity.

This event is the first activities of the “Hm Hations” project launched by the association in partnership with the “Omie Verses” library and the “Wence” Foundation, in line with the goals of the “General Society” and the efforts to enhance the integration of people of determination and stimulate their inherent skills.
The event witnessed the organization of live artistic workshops entitled “We are creative”, as children of determination expressed their talents and artistic energies in a stimulating and interactive atmosphere, under the supervision of artistic talents and volunteers who provided support and support to the participants.

The event was attended by representatives of the Women’s Renaissance Association, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, the Dubai Center for People of Determination, and the Al -Nour Center for the rehabilitation of the owners of determination, as well as a number of associations and special bodies that support social responsibility.

Fadila Al -Muaini, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Journalists Association, stressed, in its speech during the event, that the “Humm” project comes within the framework of the association’s keenness to support, empower and integrate people in various areas of life, pointing out that these qualitative initiatives contribute to building a coherent and humanitarian society, and reflects the association’s commitment to strengthening community partnerships and achieving financial sustainability.

Al -Muaini called on the national authorities, from the public and private sectors, to support the “Humm” project and participate in its implementation, noting that the association’s doors are open to cooperation with the various institutions concerned, within the framework of a series of activities and training and media programs included in the project, which aims to develop the skills of people of determination and enable them to express themselves and active participation in society.

Dr. Nawal Benzoa, director of the “Onti First” library, stressed the importance of these workshops in developing the skills of people of determination, noting her role in enhancing their ability to express and cultural and educational participation through sustainable initiatives.

During the event, the participating and volunteer children and supporters were honored, in an atmosphere of joy and appreciation, to constitute “we are creating” a bright start for a continuous march of giving and empowerment within the “Hmm” project.
