"Al Ghurair Foundation" It launches a platform "Al Ghurair path" Supported to artificial intelligence to empower youth

Dubai, May 22 / WAM / The Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation launched the “Massar Al Ghurair” platform, which is a digital platform supported by artificial intelligence, aimed at supporting Emirati youth in effective dealing with the changing labor market by providing dedicated functional paths and linking young people to the skills required for future jobs.
The launch ceremony was held in the “Terra” hall in Expo Dubai under the slogan “Empowering Emirati Youth with the skills of the future”, and government officials and representatives of the private and academic sectors, in addition to a group of young specialists.
The “Masar Al Ghurair” platform was developed in partnership with the company “Sky Hayef” of “Corner Stone”, and the platform uses immediate data and information from the labor market to provide customized training recommendations, plan job tracks, and facilitate the recruitment process, within an ethical and safe framework for artificial intelligence.

His Excellency Abdulaziz Al -Falahi, a consultant and general supervisor of the UAE Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, stressed in a statement to the Emirates News Agency “WAM”, the council was keen to invest in the development of national competencies, and blessed the Al Ghurair Foundation to launch this qualitative program, indicating that it is in line with the directions of the UAE government and complements the efforts made to provide training and rehabilitation programs for job seekers, which contributes to enabling them to obtain job opportunities Sustainable.

Al -Falahi stressed the importance of the partnership between the governmental and private sectors in developing human resources, appreciating the role of the Al Ghurair Foundation and its great interest in developing Emirati competencies, which reflects positively on their readiness for the current and future labor market, and urged Emirati youth to learn and see new specializations to keep pace with modern directions and the requirements of the changing labor market.

Dr. Sonia bin Jaafar, CEO of the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation, said that providing young people with future skills is a basic pillar of “Massar Al Ghurair”, which is not just a platform, but a bold investment in the strongest resources of the nation.

She added that the platform will reshape the paths of access to opportunities and ensure that every learner, and every teacher, and every employer are part of a vital system for growth, stressing that this is “more than just education, it is an empowerment at the level of the local community in the year of society.”

The “Masar Al Ghurair” platform is in line with the vision of the community’s year in the UAE, by linking youth, teachers and employers in a joint endeavor to build a skill -based future and comprehensive for all, and the platform aims to reach more than 45 thousand young men and women from the Emirates and the Arab region, which makes it a new standard for expandable innovation, equal opportunities, and multi -sectors cooperation in the region.
