Organizational and procedural instructions precedes the launch of the end of the year’s exams on Tuesday

In preparation for the launch of the exams for the end of the third semester of the academic year 2024-2025, public school departments at the state level issued a number of organizational and procedural instructions directed at parents and students, with the aim of ensuring the progress of the exam process with discipline and smoothness, and providing a safe educational environment that supports students’ focus and maintains the regularity of the school day.
School buses
The departments confirmed in conversations for parents and students seen by “Emirates Today”, that school buses will start transporting students according to a specific timetable, as buses pass through students from the fifth to eleventh (first period) starting from 7:10 am, while trips to transporting the twelfth grade students start from 9:30 am. Accordingly, students of grades from the fifth to eleventh must be in school before 8:30 am, while students of the twelfth grade are required to attend before 11:30 pm.
The necessity of commitment
The departments stressed the need to fully adhere to the dates of entry to the examination halls and not to be delayed, while ensuring that the exam material is reviewed according to the tables approved by the Ministry of Education.
She also indicated that the exams will be completely paper for students of the fifth and ninth grades, while it will be paper and electronic for the sixth, seventh, eighth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades, which requires a technical and logistical preparation of female students.
Details of departure
With regard to the dates of departure, the departments clarified that students from the fifth grade to the eleventh will be paid at 11:00 or 11:30 am, according to the schedule of each school, stressing that the school gates will not be opened before these appointments. Parents will not be allowed to enter any male or female student before 11:30, in order to ensure the safety of procedures and ensure the flow of the movement inside the school.
Exit procedures
The departments called on parents to adhere to the procedures for female students ’exit in private cars, noting that the parents print the temporary exit permit available through school communication channels, signing it and sending it with the student daily, for the students who do not hold permanent permits.
Preventing electronic watches
The departments also alerted to prevent the bringing of smart electronic watches and tablets (iPad) to the examination halls categorically, while reiterating the necessity of full commitment to the official school dress. The instructions included the necessity of bringing the ministerial laptop with a 100%charged, in addition to the basic supplies to perform the test such as pens and the calculator for the materials that are allowed to be allowed.
